Mombasa Day Spa & Hair Lounge Cancellation Policy
Deposits for All Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking. All online bookings require a 50% deposit, which will be applied toward the final bill. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, your deposit may be forfeited or charged 50% of the service cost, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.
However, if a cancellation occurs prior to the 24-hour cutoff period, your deposit will not be forfeited. Instead, it will revert to a credit on your account, which can be applied toward future bookings.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. If a no-show occurs more than once, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged, and a 50% deposit will be required for all future bookings.
Unwell Staff Policy
In the event that a staff member is unwell, and you have already paid a deposit, your deposit will be credited to your account. This means you will not lose the money you have already paid and can use that credit toward any future appointments with Mombasa Day Spa & Hair Lounge.

Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are committed to addressing any concerns and making every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any products or services. If you have any concerns about a service you received, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to take and securely store your credit card details to reserve your booking. This information will be handled with the utmost care and security.
